Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Dry milk powder 1/4 Cup
- Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature)
- Makhan (Butter) 50 g (melted)
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1
- Safed til (Sesame seeds)
- Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
In small juga,add lukewarm water,caster sugar,instant yeast and mix,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,salt,dry milk powder and mix well.
Add egg,melted butter,yeast mixture and mix well for 8-10 minutes.
Gradually add all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.
Add remaining all-purpose flour and knead until dough is formed.
Add butter and knead dough again until smooth.
Cover & let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
Grease hands with butter and knead dough again,sprinkle dry flour and again make a dough.
Divide the dough into four equal parts then again divide into three parts (55g).
Take one part and make a ball (makes 12).
On greased baking tray,place buns,cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
On the top of the buns,apply whisked egg and sprinkle sesame seed.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
After baking,brush butter & serve!

Directions:
Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,bareek cheeni,namak aue dry milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Anda,melted makhan aur yeast mixture dal dein aur 8-10 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baqi bacha huwa maida dal dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Makhan dal dein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
Dhak dein aur 1 hour ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
Haathon ko makhan sa grease karein aur dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur ghond ker dough bana lein.
Dough ko four equal parts mein divide ker lein phir dubara teen hisson mein divide ker lein (55g).
Ek part lein aur ball bana lein (makes 12).
Greased baking tray per buns rakh dein aur dhak ker 1 hour ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
Buns ka upper whisked anda laga ker safed til sprinkle ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
