Ingredients:
- Boiling water as required
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 500g
- Chilled water
- Cooking oil ¼ Cup
- Raidana (Mustard seeds) ¼ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Achar gosht masala 1 tbs
- Tomato paste 3 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Mon salwa Chicken Kofta meat balls 14-15
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 large
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Water 3-4 tbs
- Spaghetti 300g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
Directions:
Cut tomatoes slightly with the help of knife.
In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 3-4 minutes then strain & add in chilled water and let it rest for a minute then remove skin & head.
In blender jar,add blanched tomatoes & blend well to make puree & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds & mix well.
Add garlic & mix well.
Add onion & fry until light golden (approx. 2 minutes).
Now add pureed tomatoes & mix well.
Add red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,salt,achar gosht masala, tomato paste,lemon juice & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add chicken kofta & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add capsicum,fresh coriander & mix well.
Add water,mix well and cook for a minute.
In a serving dish,add boiled spaghetti & prepared achari meatballs.
Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

Tamatar ko knife ki madad sa slightly cuts laga lein.
Boiling water mein tamatar dal dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya blanch ker lein phir strain ker ka chilled water mein dal ker ek minute kliya chor dein phir skin remove aur head ker lein.
Blender jar mein blanched tamatar dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,raidana aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 2 minutes).
Ab pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lal mirch crushed,haldi powder,sabut dhania,garam masala powder,namak,achar gosht masala,tomato paste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chicken kofta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker hali ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shimla mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Serving dish mein boiled spaghetti aur tayyar achari meatballs dal dein.
Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
