In a kettle,add water & bring it to boil.
Add tapioca sago,mix well & cook on medium flame for 15-18 minutes or until transparent then strain,rinse with water & set aside.
In a grinder,add melon seeds along with its water,almonds along with its water and water,grind well & set aside.
In a wok,add milk,sugar,almonds & melon paste and mix well.
Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & bring it to boil.
In custard powder,add milk and whisk well.
Now add dissolved custard,mix well & cook until thickens (1 minutes).
Let it cool.
In a jug,add ice cubes,soaked basil seeds,cooked tapioca sago,colored jelly cubes,prepared custard sharbat,mix well & serve!

Karahi mein doodh,cheeni aur badam & char maghaz paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab dissolved custard dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (1 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Jug mein ice cubes,soaked tukhme balanga,cooked sabudana,colored jelly cubes aur tayyar custard sharbat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
