Ingredients:
Prepare Chickens & Cheese Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Lal micrh (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Chicken boiled & shredded 350g
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Cup
-Pickled jalapenos chopped ¼ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Bread slices large as required
-Water as required
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Non stick spray
Directions:
Prepare Chickens & Cheese Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well.
-Add milk,mix continuously & cook until it thickens.
-Add red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper powder,garam masala powder & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix until well combined.
-Let it cool completely.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pickled jalapenos & spring onion,mix well & set aside.
-Cut circles of bread slices with the help of cookie cutter (4.5 inch) & set aside.
-Use leftover bread to make breadcrumbs,transfer to the wok & dry roast on medium low flame until light golden & crispy (3-4 minutes),chop well to make breadcrumbs & set aside.
-Roll out bread circles with the help of a rolling pin and cut into two pieces.
-On one side of bread,apply water,join two sides/edges to make a cone and press gently to seal the cone.
-Fill the cone with prepared chicken & cheese filling,apply water on the edges,bring the edges together and seal the edges properly.
-Prepare the remaining bread samosas similarly (makes 45).
-In one bowl,add water & in another bowl add prepared chopped breadcrumbs,salt,paprika powder,garlic powder and mix well.
-Now dip bread samosa in water & coat with breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
-In air fryer basket,place bread samosa and spray non stick spray on both sides of samosa & air fry at 160C for 12 minutes.
-Serve with chilli sauce!

-Doodh dal ker musalsal mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Lal mirch crushed,namak,kali mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pickled jalapenos & hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread slice ko cookie cutter (4.5 inch) ki madad sa circles mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread slices ki remaining sides ko roughly cut ker lein aur karahi mein dal dein,darmiyani halki ancch per light golden & crispy ho janya tak dry roast ker lein (3-4 minutes),ache tarhan chop ker ka breadcrumbs tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread circles ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur two pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Bread ki ek side per pani laga lein,do sides/edges ko join ker ka cone bana lein aur halka sa press ker ka cone ko seal ker lein.
-Cone mein tayyar chicken & cheese filling bhar dein,edges per pani laga ker edges ko ek saath ache tarhan seal ker lein.
-Baqi bread samosa bhi aisay he tayyar ker lein (makes 45).
-Ek bowl mein pani dal dein aur dosray bowl mein tayyar chopped breadcrumbs,namak,paprika powder aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab bread samosa ko pani mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Air fryer basket mein bread samosa rakh dein,non stick spray ko samosa ka dono sides per spray karein aur 160C per 12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Chilli sauce ka saath serve karein!
