Ingredients:
Prepare Cake:
-Anday (Eggs) 4 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
Prepare Nutella Milk Syrup:
-Olper’s Milk warm 2 & ½ Cups
-Nutella ½ Cup
-Condensed milk ¼ Cup
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
Prepare Nutella Frosting:
-Whipping cream 250ml
-Icing sugar 2-3 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Nutella ½ Cup
-Nutella melted
-White chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare Cake:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat well until foamy.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence,milk and beat well.
-On a bowl,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking soda,baking powder and sift dry ingredients together & beat until well combined.
-Transfer the batter to a greased 6 x 10-inch baking dish and tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare Nutella Milk Syrup:
-In a jug,add warm milk,Nutella,condensed milk,cream,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Nutella Frosting:
-In a bowl,add whipping cream and beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add Nutella,beat well & transfer to a piping bag.
-Take out cake from oven and poke holes with the help of wooden skewer.
-Now pour prepared Nutella milk syrup,cover with cling film & refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
-Remove cling film and spread prepared Nutella frosting on the cooled cake.
-Drizzle melted Nutella & add white chocolate chips,cut into desired pieces & serve!

-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder,namak,baking soda aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift ker lein & ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Batter ko greased 6 x 10-inch baking dish mein dal dein aur few times tap karein.

-10 minutes kliya rest dein.

Prepare Nutella Frosting:
-Bowl mein whipping cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Nutella dal ker ache tarhan beat karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal lein aur wooden skewer ki madad sa cake ko poke ker lein.
-Ab tayyar Nutella milk syrup ko cake per dein aur cling film sa cover karein aur 3-4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Cling film ko remove ker lein aur Nutella frosting ko cooled cake per laga lein.
-Melted Nutella drizzle ker ka white chocolate chips sa granish ker lein & pieces mein cur ker ka serve karein!
