Ingredients:
-Bananas 4
-Honey 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Instant oats 300g
-Murmuray (Puffed rice) 3 Cups
-Mixed nuts 200g (Almonds,pistachios,cashew nuts)
-Kadu ke beej (Pumpkin seeds) ½ Cup
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1/3 Cup
-Chia seeds 1/3 Cup
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Black current ½ Cup
-Kishmish (Raisins) ½ Cup
-Chocolate chips 1/3 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Doodh (Milk)
-Banana slices
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-In a bowl,add bananas & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add honey,vanilla essence,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add instant oats,puffed rice,mixed nuts,pumpkin seeds,melon seeds,chia seeds,cinnamon powder,salt & mix well.
-Now add mashed banana mixture & mix until well combined.
-On greased baking tray lined with butter paper,add prepared mixture & spread evenly.
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes & mix well in between after every 10 minutes.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Air fry at 160 for 13-14 minutes & mix well in between.
-Takeout from oven/air fryer & let it cool completely.
-Add black current,raisins,chocolate chips & mix well.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month at room temperature.
Serving Style:
-Add granola in milk & yogurt,garnish with banana slices,chocolate chips & serve!
Ways To Use Homemade Granola:
-Top up your salad,smoothies,porridge & yogurt.
-Add in your baked goods i.e. cupcakes,muffins,cookies.
-Serve as Breakfast cereal with milk of your choice.
