1-Podina Kehwa with Kali Kishmish (Mint Tea with Black Raisins):
Ingredients:
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds) ½ tsp
-Kali kishmish (Black raisins) 1 tbs (washed)
-Hot water ¼ Cup
-Water 2 Cups
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1-inch piece
-Podina (Mint leaves) 8-10
Directions:
-In mortal & pestle,add fennel seeds,cumin seeds,fenugre seeds,crush coarsely & set aside.
-In a bowl,add black raisins,hot water & soak for 10 minutes then muddle with the help of muddler & set aside.
-In a kettle,add water,place strainer or muslin cloth,add ginger,mint leaves,crushed spices & bring it to boil.
-In a serving cup,add 1 tbs crushed black raisins,prepared kehwa (1 cup),mix well & serve!
Consumption:
-Drink 1 cup before sleeping to relieve constipation.

2- Khubani & Kali Kishmish Mix (Dried Apricots & Black Raisins):
Ingredients:
-Sukhi khubani (Dried apricots) washed ¼ Cup
-Kali kishmish (Black raisins) washed 1/3 Cup
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Castor oil 1 & ½ tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add dried apricots,black raisins,hot water,cover & soak for 25-30 minutes then strain & blend well with the help of blender.
-Add castor oil & mix well.
Consumption:
-Eat 1 tsp of mixture with lukewarm water before sleeping to relieve constipation.
Storage:
-You can store mixture for up to 1 week in refrigerator.

-Bowl mein kali kishmish aur garam pani dal dein aur 10 minutes kliya soak ker lein phir muddler ki madad sa muddle ker lein & set aside.
-Kettle mein pani dal ker strainer ya malmal ka kapra rakh dein,adrak,podina aur crushed spices dal dein aur ubal anay dein.
-Serving cup mein 1 tbs crushed kali kishmish aur tayyar kehwa (1 cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
Consumption:
-Constipation kliya 1 cup sonay sa pehlay peena hai.
2- Khubani & Kali Kishmish Mix (Dried Apricots & Black Raisins):

-Sukhi khubani (Dried apricots) washed ¼ Cup

-Bowl mein sukhi khubani,kali kishmish aur garam pani dal ker dhak dein aur 25-30 minutes kliya soak ker lein phir strain ker ka blender ki madad sa blend ker lein.
-Castor oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Consumption:
-Sonay sa pehley 1 tsp mixture ko neem garam pani ka saath lena hai.
Storage:
-Mixture ko 1 week kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
