Ingredients:
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin) Roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) Roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed 1 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cups
- Oil ¾ Cup
- Mutton front chops (Single) 1 kg
- Pyaz (Onion) fried & crushed ½ Cup
Directions:
In bowl,add ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,salt,whole spice powder,cumin,coriander seeds,chaat masala, geen chili,lemon juice,red chili crushed,black pepper crushed,yogurt,oil and mix well.
Add mutton front chops,mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
In pot,add marinated chops and mix well,cover and cook until tender (35-40 minutes approx.) or cook until oil separates.
Garnish with fried onion and serve.

Directions:
Bowl mein adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,namak,garam masala powder,zeera,dhania,chaat masala,hari mirch,lemon juice,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch crushed,dahi aur oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mutton front chops shamil karein aur 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein marinated chops dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,dhak ker gul janay tak paka lein (35-40 minutes approx.) or oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
