Ingredients:
Prepare BBQ Boti Masala:
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 12-13
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Javitri (Mace) 2 blades
-Laung (Cloves) 7-8
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) ½ piece
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 tbs
-Amchoor powder (Dried mango powder) 1 tbs
-Kala namak (Black salt) 2 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp
Prepare Cream Yogurt Sauce:
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1/3 Cup (room temperature)
-Olper’s Milk 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Prepare BBQ Boti:
-Boneless chicken cubes 800g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Makhan (Butter) 60g
Directions:
Prepare BBQ Boti Masala:
-In a spice mixer,add button red chillies,coriander seeds,mace,cloves,cumin seeds,carom seeds, nutmeg,fried onion,dried mango powder,black salt,garlic powder,citric acid & grind well.BBQ Boti masala is ready!
Prepare Cream Yogurt Sauce:
-In a bowl,add cream,yogurt,milk,salt,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare BBQ Boti:
-In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,lemon juice,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,2 tbs of prepared bbq boti masala & mix well,cover & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-Thread marinated chicken on metal skewers.
-Put skewers on burning charcoal,bbq from all sides until done & brush oil in between.
-Remove bbq chicken from skewers in a bowl,sprinkle prepared bbq boti masala & toss well.
-Drizzle prepared cream yogurt sauce & mix gently.
-In a small saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Drizzle melted butter & serve with chapati & onion rings!

Prepare Cream Yogurt Sauce:
-Bowl mein cream,dahi,doodh aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare BBQ Boti:
-Bowl mein chicken,dahi,lemon juice,hari mirch paste,adrak lehsan paste,haldi powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,namak & tayyar bbq boti masala 2 tbs dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Marinated chicken ko metal skewers per laga lein.
-Skewers ko jaltay hoye koyla per rakh dein aur tamam sides sa bbq ker lein aur bech bech mein oil laga lein.
-Bowl mein bbq chicken dal dein aur tayyar bbq boti masala dal ker ache tarhan toss ker lein.
-Tayyar cream yogurt sauce dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Small saucepan mein makhan dal kerf melt ker lein.
-Melted makhan ko drizzle ker lein,chapati & pyaz rings ka saath serve karein!
