-Band gobhi (Cabbage) ½ medium

-Safed lobia (Black eyed beans) soaked & boiled 2 Cups
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs or as required
-Olive oil 2 tbs
Directions:
-Chop cabbage,capsicum,onion,green chillies,garlic,ginger & set aside.
-Grate carrot & set aside.
-In a bowl,add brown breadcrumbs,water,black eyed beans & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add all chopped vegetables,mint leaves,fresh coriander,red chilli powder,garam masala powder, cumin seeds,coriander seeds,pink salt & mix until well combined.
-With the help of wet hands,take a small quantity of mixture (60g) & make kabab of equal sizes.
-Roll the side of kababs on sesame seeds to coat it.
-In a frying pan,add olive oil,heat it & shallow fry on low flame until golden brown (makes 11-12).

-Gajar ko grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein brown breadcrumbs,pani aur lobia dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Tamam chopped vegetables,podina,hara dhania,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,zeera,sabut dhania aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Geelay haathon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (60g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka kabab bana lein.
-Kabab ko til mein roll ker ka sides ko coat ker lein.
-Frying pan mein olive oil dal ker garam karein aur golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein (makes 11-12).
