Make & Store Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

-Brown sugar fine 1 Cup

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup

-Makhan (Butter) melted ¾ Cup

-Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature)

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1 (room temperature)

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ¼ Cups

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp

-Baking soda 1/2 tsp

-Semi sweetened chocolate chips ¾ Cup

-Chocolate chips as required

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add brown sugar,caster sugar,butter,egg,egg yolk,vanilla essence & mix well.

-Place a sieve on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,baking soda,sift well then mix until dough is formed.

-Add chocolate chips & mix well.Cookie dough is ready.Let’s store it!

-Wrap cookie dough in a cling film,make a log & tie both ends.

-Place the dough log on a tray & cookie dough can be stored in freezer for up to 6 months.

-This batch of dough can make 14-15 cookies.

How to use Frozen Cookie Dough?

-Cut half inch slices of the frozen dough log,remove cling film & you can freeze the remaining dough in a ziplock bag.

-Place cookie dough on baking tray lined with butter paper & add few chocolate chips if required.

-Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 15-18 minutes.

-Let them cool for 10 minutes & serve!
