Ingredients:

Prepare Ranch Chicken Filling:

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Chicken qeema (Mince) 250g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Tomato paste 2 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Dried oregano ½ tsp

-Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Soya (Dill) chopped 2 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Dried parsley 1 tsp

-Onion powder ½ tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup

-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup

-Black olives chopped 2 tbs

-Pickled jalapenos chopped 2 tbs

-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup

Prepare Dough:

-Warm water ¾ Cup

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tsp

-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Anda (Egg) whisked

-Dried oregano

-Til (Sesame seeds) white & black

-Cherry tomato sliced

 

Directions:

Prepare Ranch Chicken Filling:

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.

-Add ginger garlic paste & mix well.

-Add tomato paste,pink salt,paprika powder,dried oregano,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Let it cool.

-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well for 30 seconds.Sour cream is ready!

-Add mayonnaise,dill,pink salt,garlic powder,black pepper powder,dried parsley,onion powder & mix well.

-Add cooked chicken mince,onion,capsicum,corn kernels,black olives,pickled jalapenos,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Dough:

-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.

-Add all-purpose flour,pink salt,cooking oil & mix well,knead until dough is formed,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.

-Grease hands with cooking oil & knead dough again until smooth.

-Divide the dough in 2 portions,take one portion,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.

-Cut the dough in rectangular shape & divide it in two portions.

-Add & spread ranch chicken filling along the length of dough,apply water & fold the dough to roll it.

-Cut the rolled dough in 2-inches,cover with kitchen towel & let them proof for 15 minutes.

-Place them on a baking tray lined with butter paper,apply egg wash,sprinkle dried oregano,sesame seeds & cherry tomato.

-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

-Serve with tomato ketchup (makes 32-35).
