Ingredients:

-Boneless chicken cubes 500g

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs

-Bhunay chanay (Roasted grams) powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 1 medium

-Makhan (Butter) soft 2-3 tbs

-Red chilli chopped 1 (optional)

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs Substitute: Red chilli crushed 1 tsp

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a chopper,add chicken,fresh coriander,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,roasted gram powder,garam masala powder,pink salt,coriander powder,lemon juice,clarified butter & chop well.

-Add onion & chop well.

-With the help of wet hands,take small quantity (50g) of mixture & make kababs on metal skewers.

-Remove kabab from skewers,place them on the grill rack & place the grill inside the microwave.

-Now cook on grill+combination for 10 minutes.

-In a bowl,add butter,red chilli,garlic,fresh coriander & mix well.

-Apply prepared spicy butter on both sides of seekh kababs & continue cooking on grill+combination for 5-6 minutes or until kababs are done (makes 12-14).

-Apply prepared spicy butter,serve with naan & yogurt raita!
