Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) 6-7
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 5
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder ½ tsp or to taste
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1
Directions:
-In a blending jug,add onion,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger,garlic,fresh coriander,mint leaves & water,blend well & set aside.
-On griddle,add cooking oil,prick boiled eggs with the help of a fork & fry until light golden & set aside.
-On the same griddle,add cooking oil,blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
-Add pink salt,coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,chaat masala,garam masala powder, black pepper powder,red chilli powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & turn on the flame,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Place halved eggs,pour gravy,sprinkle fresh coriander,green chilli,cover & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes & serve!

-Blending jug mein pyaz,tamatar,hari mirchein,adrak,lehsan,hara dhania,podina aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur boiled anday ko fork ki madad sa prick ker lein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he tawa per cooking oil aur blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Pink salt,dhania powder,haldi powder,zeera powder,chaat masala,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,cream dal dein,chulha on ker ka ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein phir dhak ker halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halved eggs rakh ker gravy dal dein,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein & serve karein!
