Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s cream 1/3 Cup
-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated 30g
Assembling:
-Tortilla 8 inches
-Salad patta (Salad leaf)
-Cheese slice
-Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Direction:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,garlic & mix well until it changes color.
-Add soy sauce,lemon juice,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,pink salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Add cream,mayonnaise,capsicum,corn kernels,onion,cheddar cheese & mix well.Creamy chicken filling is ready!
Assembling:
-Cut tortilla in half,add salad leaf,cheese slice,prepared creamy chicken filling,apply flour slurry on the edges & fold to make a triangle & press to seal.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,place tortilla triangles,cover & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden (1-2 minutes) then flip,add cheddar cheese,red chilli crushed,fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (makes 12).

-Soy sauce,lemon juice,lal mirch crushed,zeera,pink salt aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cream,mayonnaise,Shimla mirch,corn kernels,pyaz aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Creamy chicken filling tayyar hai.
Assembling:
-Tortilla ko half mein cut ker lein,salad patta,cheese slice aur tayyar creamy chicken filling dal dein aur edges per flour slurry laga lein aur fold ker ka triangle bana lein aur press ker ka seal ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur tortilla triangles dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes) phir flip karein,cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (makes 12).
