Makes:22-25

Ingredients:

-Dahi (yogurt) ¾ Cup

-Mayonnaise 2 tbs

-Jalapenos 2 tbs

-Lal Mirch (Red chilli) Crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan Pink Salt ¼ tsp

-Pickled water 1 tbs

 

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-Chicken boneless 300g

-Water ¾ Cup

-Himalayan pink Salt ½ tsp

-Kali Mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

-Corn Kernels Boiled and Coarsely Chopped ½ Cup

-Jalapenos Coarsely Chopped 3-4 tbs

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Tomato Ketchup 2 tbs

-Hot sauce 2 tbs

-Himalayan Pink Salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Paprika Powder 1 tsp

-Garlic powder 1 tsp

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Safed Mirch (White pepper) powder ½ tsp

-Lal Mirch (Red Chilli) Crushed ¼ tsp (optional)

-Bread slices As Required

-Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1 ½ tbs

-Water 3 tbs

-Anday (Eggs) 4-5

-Bread Crumbs 1 ½ Cup or As Required.

 

Directions:

Prepare Yogurt Jalapeno Dip:

-In a hand blender add yogurt, mayonnaise, jalapenos, red chilli, pink salt and pickled water then blend well.

-Yogurt mayo sauce is ready, set aside.

 

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-In a sauce pan add chicken, water, pink salt, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Then mix well.

-Bring it to boil, cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 mins or until water dries.

-Transfer boil chicken to a bowl, shred with the help of electric beater.

-Now add corns, jalapenos, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, pink salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder and red chilli crushed. Mix nicely and set aside.

 

Assembling:

-On a cutting board add bread slices cut corners use bread trims to make bread crumbs. Set aside.

-Take 1 bread slice roll out with the help of rolling pin.

-Cut diagonally into 2 parts, add 1 tbs chicken mixture.

-In a bowl, add all-purpose flour and water. Mix it well. Slurry is ready.

-Add slurry in corners, fold and seal them.

-Take whisked eggs in 1 flat bowl and bread crumbs in another flat bowl.

-First, dip samosa in whisked eggs, then coat evenly in bread crumbs.

-Similarly make 22-25 samosas.

Storage:

Can be stored in freezer for upto 1 month.

Option#1

-Place Samosas in air fryer and air fry for 6-7 mins on 170 °C.

Option#2

-In a wok add oil, heat it, fry samosas on medium flame until golden brown.

Serving:

-Serve with ketchup and prepared yogurt mayo sauce.
