Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium
-Chicken boiled & chopped 200g
-Cream 3 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) powder 1 tsp
-Italian seasoning ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Roll sheets (6x9”) as required
-Flour slurry as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well.
-Add chicken,cream,black pepper crushed,red chili crushed,garlic powder,italian seasoning,pink salt,soy sauce,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
-On roll sheets add prepared filling & spread it evenly along the length,fold & seal with the help of flour slurry then fold it into a pinwheel shape & seal with flour slurry.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy (makes 15).
-Serve with green chutney.

-Chicken,kali mirch cruhsed,lal mirch cruhsed,lehsan powder,italian seasoning,pink salt,soy sauce aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Roll sheet per tayyar filling dal ker evenly pheela lein aur fold ker ka flour slurry sa seal ker lein phir pinwheel ki tarhan fold ker ka flour slurry sa seal ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & cripsy ho janay tak paka lein (makes 15).
-Green chutney ka saath serve karein.
