Coconut Chia Drink

Ingredients:

-Water ¼ Cup

-Chia seeds 2 tbs

-Podina (Mint leaves) 5-6

-Coconut water 1 Cup

-Honey or sugar to taste

-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs  

-Lemon slices 2

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add water,chia seeds,mix well & soak for 15-20 minutes.

-In serving glass,add mint leaves & muddle with the help of muddler.

-Add coconut water,soaked chia seeds (1-2 tbs),honey,lemon juice & mix well.

-Add lemon slices & serve!
