Ingredients:
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Chicken pieces (preferably thigh & legs) 800g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pickled lemon 1
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3-4 cloves
-Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 1 medium
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp (soaked in 2 tbs of hot water)
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
-Green olives 12-15
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add dried oregano,paprika powder,cinnamon powder,pink salt,onion powder,black pepper crushed,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,olive oil & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & fry on high flame from both sides for 4-5 minutes.
-Add onion,garlic,pickled lemon (chopped),tomato pureed,fresh parsley,dissolved saffron,chicken stock,cover & cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes.
-Add green olives,cover & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve with pita bread.

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur tez ancch per dono sides sa 4-5minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Pyaz,lehsan,pickled lemon (chopped),tomato pureed,fresh parsley,dissolved zafran aur chicken yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch 25-30 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Green olives dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fresh parsley dal dein aur pita bread ka saath serve karein.
