Ingredients:
-Black grapes washed 250g
-Water 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
-Sonth (Dried ginger powder) ½ tsp
-Purple food color as required (optional)
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Ice crushed as required
-Lemon slices 2
-Podina (Mint leaves) 3-4
-Carbonated/Sparkling water
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add black grapes,water,turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until soft & mash slightly.
-Add sugar,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved (3-4 minutes).
-Add cumin seeds,chaat masala,black salt,dried ginger powder,purple food color,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute then strain.
-Add pink salt,lemon juice & mix well.
-Can be stored for up to 2 months in refrigerator.
-In a serving glass,add crushed ice,lemon slices,mint leaves,prepared syrup (3-4 tbs), carbonated/sparkling water,stir & serve!

-Saucepan mein black grapes aur pani dal ker chulha on karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per soft ho janay tak paka lein aur slightly mash ker lein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Zeera,chaat masala,black salt,sonth powder aur purple food color dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein phir strain ker lein.
-Pink salt aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-2 months kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
-Serving glass mein crushed ice,lemon slices,podina,tayyar syrup (3-4 tbs) aur carbonated/sparkling water dal ker stir ker lein & serve karein!
