Ingredients:
Prepare Dynamite Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Honey 1 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
Prepare Dynamite Chicken:
-Boneless chicken strips 500g
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Cornflour ½ Cup
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tbs
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
-Paratha
-Iceberg shredded
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne
-Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & julienne
Directions:
Prepare Dynamite Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,honey,sriracha sauce,garlic powder,paprika powder, vinegar & whisk well.Dynamite sauce is ready!
Prepare Dynamite Chicken:
-In a bowl,add chicken,pink salt,red chilli powder,garlic powder,soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,paprika powder,dried oregano,white pepper powder,chicken powder,pink salt,eggs,gradually add water & whisk well to make a batter.
-Now dip marinated chicken into prepared batter.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden.
-In a bowl,add fried chicken,prepared dynamite sauce (2-3 tbs) & coat well.
Assembling:
-On paratha,add & spread dynamite sauce,iceberg,tomato,cucumber,dynamite chicken,fold & wrap in butter paper (makes 6-8 Paratha rolls).
-Serve with dynamite sauce.

-Ek bowl mein chicken,pink salt,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate kar lein.
-Ab ek alag bowl mein maida,cornflour,paprika powder,dried oregano,safed mirch powder,chicken powder,pink salt,anday aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka batter bana lein.
-Marinated chicken ko tayyar batter mein dip karein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko darmiyani ancch prr golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Bowl mein fried chicken aur tayyar dynamite sauce (2-3 tbs) dal kar achi tarah coat ker lein.
Assembling:
-Paratha per dynamite sauce dal ker pheela lein,iceberg,tamatar,kheera aur dynamite chicken dal kar fold karein aur butter paper mein wrap ker lein (makes 6-8 Paratha rolls).
-Dynamite sauce ke saath serve karein.
