Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Latte Layer:
-Water 1 Cup
-Olper’s Milk powder ¾ Cup
-Instant coffee ¼ Cup
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s Cream chilled 400ml
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate chopped 200g
-Olper’s Cream 200ml
Assembling:
-Water 1 Cup
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
-Whole wheat biscuits 15-16 or as required
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Latte Layer:
-In a sauce pan,add water,milk powder,instant coffee,cornflour,sugar & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until it thickens (10-12 minutes) & mix continuously.
-Let it cool while stirring continuously,cover & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl on it.
-In a bowl,add cream & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Now add prepared coffee sauce,mix until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a jug,add dark chocolate,cream,mix well & microwave for 2 minutes (check & mix after every 30 seconds) then mix well until smooth & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a jar,add water,instant coffee,vanilla essence,sugar & mix well.
-Dip whole wheat biscuits in coffee mixture & set in a serving dish.
-Add prepared creamy latte mixture & add another layer of whole wheat biscuit dipped in coffee mixture and add prepared creamy latte mixture,prepared chocolate ganache & spread evenly.
-Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight & serve chilled!

-Saucepan mein pani,milk powder,coffee powder,cornflour aur cheeni daal kar ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Mix kertay hoye thanda ker lein & dhak ker side per rakh dein.
-Ek large bowl mein ice cubes daal kar dusra bowl uske upar rakh dein.
-Cream bowl mein daal kar stiff peaks aane tak beat karein.
-Ab tayyar coffee sauce daal kar mix karein jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye phir piping bag mein transfer karein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Jug mein dark chocolate aur cream daal kar mix karein,microwave mein 2 minutes ke liye rakhein (har 30 seconds baad check aur mix zaroor karein) phir smooth hone tak mix karein & side par rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Alag se ek jar mein pani,coffee powder,vanilla essence aur cheeni daal kar mix karein.
-Whole wheat biscuits ko is coffee mixture mein dip karein aur serving dish mein layer bana lein.
-Ab prepared creamy latte mixture dal kar level karein phir ek aur biscuit layer banayein phir creamy latte mixture daal kar upar se chocolate ganache spread karein.
-2-3 hours or overnight kliya refrigerate ker lein aur thanda serve karein!
