Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Milk chocolate grated 150g
-Coffee powder ½ tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Chawal (Rice) boiled 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Remove from flame,in hot milk,add milk chocolate,coffee powder,vanilla essence & whisk well until chocolate melts & set aside.
-In a blending jug,add boiled rice,chocolate mixture,blend well until smooth & transfer to a piping bag.
-In a serving cup,add chocolate mousse & refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
-Sprinkle cocoa powder,garnish with mint leaves & serve!
Note:
-Check sweetness,add sugar to taste in hot milk & mix well until its dissolved.

-Ek saucepan mein doodh dal kar ubal len.
-Chulha sa hata lein aur garam doodh mein milk chocolate,coffee powder aur vanilla essence dal kar achi tarhan whisk karein jab tak chocolate melt ho jaye & side par rakh dein.
-Ek blending jug mein boiled chawal aur chocolate mixture dal kar blend karein jab tak smooth ho jaye aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Serving cup mein chocolate mousse dal dein aur 2 hours ya set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Cocoa powder sprinkle karein aur podina sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
Note:
-Agar zarurat ho tou garam doodh mein apnay taste ke mutabiq cheeni bhi dal saktay hain.
