Ingredients:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 200g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Aloo (Potato) cubes 1 large
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 3-4
-Cooking oil 2 tbs (hot)
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 cloves
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,black pepper powder,maize flour & mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take 10g of mixture & make balls of equal sizes.
-On greased frying pan,place prepared meatballs,turn on the flame & fry on low flame until light golden (3-4 minutes) & set aside.
-In same frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,potato,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add pink salt,cumin seeds,paprika powder & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (5-6 minutes).
-Add meatballs & mix well.
-Add eggs & cook on low flame for a minute.
-In a bowl,add cooking oil,lemon juice,garlic,red chilli crushed,fresh parsley,mix well & add in frying pan,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Serve with toast & tea!

Directions:
-Bowl mein beef qeema,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,kali mirch powder aur makai ka atta dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Hathon ko oil sa grease karein aur 10g mixture le kar choti choti balls bana lein.
-Greased frying pan mein meatballs dal dein,chulha on karein aur halki ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (3-4 minutes) & side par rakh dein.
-Usi frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur aloo dal kar mix karein aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes cook karein.
-Pink salt,zeera aur paprika powder dal kar mix karein.
-Pani dal kar mix karein aur dhak kar low flame par 5-6 minutes cook karein ya jab tak aloo soft ho jayein.
-Meatballs add karein aur mix karein.
-Anday dal kar low flame par 1 minute cook karein.
-Ek bowl mein cooking oil,lemon juice, ehsan,lal mirch crushed aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,frying pan mein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Toast aur chai ke sath serve karein!
