Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tsp
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Chicken boiled & shredded 500g
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 pinch
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Cheddar cheese slice
-Ghee or cooking oil 2 tbs
Directions:
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add green chilli,ginger garlic,mix well & sauté on medium flame until onions are translucent.
-Add tomato paste & mix well.
-Add water,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin seeds,pink salt,garam masala powder,red chilli powder, black pepper,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates.
-Add chicken,fresh coriander,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Take 130g of dough,make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (as thin as possible).
-In the center of the dough,add chicken filling.
-In a bowl,add eggs,black pepper,pink salt & whisk well.
-Add 2 tbs of whisked eggs,onion,fresh coriander,green chilli,cheddar cheese slice & fold all sides of dough,apply whisked eggs & seal properly.
-On a griddle,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame from both sides until golden (makes 3-4).
Ajza:

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Hari mirch aur adrak lehsan dal kar mix karein aur medium flame par sauté karein jab tak pyaz translucent ho jaye.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache sa mix karein.
-Pani,kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera,pink salt,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,kali mirch aur lemon juice dal kar mix karein aur medium flame par cook karein jab tak oil separate ho jaye.
-Chicken aur hara dhania dal ker ache sa mix karein aur 2-3 minutes tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-130g dough le kar ball banayein,dry flour sprinkle karein aur rolling pin ki madad se bilkul patla roll karein.
-Dough ke center mein chicken filling rakhein.
-Ek bowl mein anday,kali mirch aur pink salt dal kar whisk karein.
-Ab 2 tbs pheeta huwa anda,pyaz,hara dhania,hari mirch aur cheddar cheese slice rakhein aur dough ke charon sides fold karke whisked anday laga kar seal karein.
-Tawa per cooking oil garam karein aur dono sides se halki ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 3-4).
