Ingredients:
Prepare Beef Koftay:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
-Besan (Gram flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp

Prepare Biryani:
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) Sliced 2 large
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
-Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 15-17
-Laung (Cloves) 6
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 2 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Zarday ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
-Matar (peas) 1 Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped handful
-Chawal (Rice) sella 500g soaked for 2 hours (Boiled with pink salt & whole spices)
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3
-Zarday ka rang (Orange food color) 1/4 tsp
-Hara dhania ((Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Pyaz (Onion) Fried
Directions:
Prepare Beef Koftay:
-In a bowl, add beef mince, gram flour, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Turmeric powder, pink salt, coriander powder, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cooking oil, mix until well combined.
-Take 40g of mixture & make ball. (Makes 14-15).
-In a fry pan, add cooking oil, heat it.
-Add meat ball/kofta, fry on medium flame until golden from all sides.
Prepare Biryani:
-In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, heat it.
-Add onion, fry on medium flame until light golden.
-Add ginger garlic paste, mix well, fry until fragrant, add green chillies & tomatoes, cook on medium flame until tomatoes softens.
-Add cumin seeds, black cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon sticks, mix well cook for 1 minute.
-Add red chilli powder, pink salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add yogurt, food colour, mix well, cook on medium flame until oil separates.
-Add meatballs/koftay & peas, mix well.
-Add mint leaves, cover & cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
-Remove cover, add 2 spoons of boiled rice, mix well.
-Add leftover boiled rice, green chillies, food color, fresh coriander, mint, fried onion, cover with cloth & lid & steam cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
-Serve with salad & raita!

-Ek bowl me beef ka qeema, besan, kali mirch powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder, pink namak, dhania powder, pyaz, hari mirch, adrak lehsan paste, dahi, cooking oil dal kar achi tarah mix karen.
-40g mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka koftay tayyar ker lein (makes 14-15).
-Ek fry pan mein oil dal kar garam karen.
-Koftay dal kar medium flame par sab sides se golden hone tak fry karen.
Prepare Biryani:
-Ek cooking pot mein oil dal kar garam karen.
-Pyaz dal kar medium flame par halka golden hone tak fry karen.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal kar mix karen, fragrance aane tak fry karen, phir hari mirch aur tamatar dal kar medium flame par tamatar soft hone tak pakayen.
-Zeera, bari elaichi, kali mirch, laung, darchini dal kar mix karen aur 1 minute pakayen.
-Lal mirch powder, pink namak, kashmiri lal mirch powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder dal kar mix karen aur 2 minutes medium flame par pakayen.
-Dahi aur food colour dal kar mix karen, medium flame par oil alag hone tak pakayen.
-Koftay aur matar dal kar mix karen.
-Podina dal kar dhak kar low flame par 7-8 minutes pakayen.
-Dhakan hata kar 2 chamach boiled chawal dal kar mix karen.
-Baqi ke boiled chawal, hari mirch, food colour, hara dhania, podina, fried pyaz dal kar cloth aur lid se dhak kar low flame par 10-15 minutes dum par rakhen.
-Salad aur raita ke sath serve karen!
