Ingredients:
-Olive oil 3 tbs
-Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Boneless chicken thigh strips 500g
-Cream 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) ⅓ Cup
-Tahini paste 1 tbs
-Honey 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Mushroom sliced ½ Cup
-Naan thick
-Mozzarella cheese grated 100g
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a spice grinder,add olive oil,apple cider vinegar,garlic,cumin seeds,paprika powder,pink salt,cayenne pepper powder,red chilli powder & grind well.Harissa paste is ready!
-In a bowl,add chicken,prepared harissa paste 3 tbs (reserve for later use),cream,yogurt,tahini paste, honey,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,pink salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,lemon juice,mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In frying pan,add olive oil,ginger garlic paste & fry until fragrant.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add capsicum,mushrooms,mix well & set aside.
-In a baking tray (lined with baking paper),add naan,cooked chicken & mozzarella cheese (2 makes).
-Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 5-6 minutes (on upper grill & fan).
-Add harissa paste,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
-Spice grinder mein olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lehsan, zeera, paprika powder, pink salt, cayenne pepper powder, lal mirch powder daal kar grind karen. Harissa paste tayar hai.
-Ek bowl mein chicken daalein, 3 tbs prepared harissa paste (baqi baad ke liye rakh dein), cream, dahi, tahini paste, shahad, kali mirch powder, kutti lal mirch, pink salt, haldi powder, dhania powder, lemon juice daal kar ache se mix karen aur 15 minutes ke liye marinate karen.
-Frying pan mein olive oil daalein, lehsan adrak paste daal kar fry karen jab tak khushbu na aa jaye.
-Pyaz daalein aur translucent hone tak sauté karen.
-Marinated chicken daalein, ache se mix karen aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes cook karen. Dhakkan dekar medium flame par 4-5 minutes cook karen phir high flame par tab tak bhonen jab tak pani khushk na ho jaye.
-Shimla mirch, mushrooms daal kar mix karen aur side par rakh dein.
-Baking tray (lined with baking paper) mein naan rakhein, uspe cooked chicken aur mozzarella cheese daal dein (2 naan tayar karne hain).
-Preheated oven mein 200°C par 5-6 minutes bake karen (upper grill & fan mode par).
-Upar se harissa paste aur hara dhania daal kar serve karen.
