Ingredients:
-Dark chocolate chopped 50g
-Omore Cool Omoji
-Cocoa powder 1 tsp as required
-Semi sweetened chocolate chopped 170g
-Makhan (Butter) 100g
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 2 (room temperature)
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ⅓ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Icing sugar
-Omore Cool Omoji
Directions:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cool omoji & microwave for 30 seconds (check & mix after every 15 seconds) then mix well until smooth & refrigerate until use.
-Grease ramekin (4oz) with butter,add cocoa powder,dust excess & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chocolate,butter,microwave for 1 minute (check & mix after every 30 seconds) then mix well until smooth & set aside.
-In another bowl,add egg yolk,eggs,caster sugar,pink salt & beat for 3-4 minutes.
-Add melted chocolate & butter mixture,all-purpose flour (sift) & beat until well combined.
-Pour prepared batter in ramekins & add 1 tbs of prepared chocolate ganache inside the batter,cover with cling film & can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month,just thaw for 10 minutes before baking.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 210C for 12-13 minutes (on lower grill & fan) (makes 3).
-Sprinkle icing sugar & serve with omore cool emoji!

-Dosre bowl mein,egg yolk,eggs,caster sugar,pink salt add karen & 3-4 minutes beat karen.
-Ab melted chocolate & butter mixture add karen,all-purpose flour sift kar ke add karen & beat until well combined.
-Prepared batter ramekins mein pour karen,phir 1 tbs prepared chocolate ganache add karen,cling film sa cover karein aur freezer mein 1 month kliya store ker saktay han phir 10 minutes kliya thaw ker ka bake ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 210C pe 12-13 minutes bake karen (lower grill & fan) (makes 3).
-Icing sugar sprinkle karen & omore cool emoji ka saath serve karein.
