Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Boneless chicken thighs 450g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cornflour ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Brown sugar 2 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil (Hot) ½ Cup
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Cream 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Brioche burger buns
-Makhan (Butter)
-Iceberg lettuce shredded
-Cheddar cheese slice
-Pickled cucumber sliced
Directions:
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice,paprika powder,chicken powder,garlic powder,hot sauce,pink salt & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,corn lour,black pepper powder,paprika powder,chicken powder,pink salt,mix well & set aside.
-Now coat chicken pieces in dry flour mixture then dip into marination then again coat well with dry flour mixture (Press & shake it to make flakes).
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,pink salt,chicken powder,brown sugar & mix well.Magic spice mix is ready!
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (180-190C) & add chicken (lower the flame to maintain temperature at 160C) & fry until golden & crispy (8-9 minutes).
-Add hot oil in prepared magic spice mix,whisk well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cream,garlic powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,lemon juice & whisk well.Mayo garlic sauce is ready!
-Toast brioche burger buns with butter.
-On toasted bun,add & spread prepared mayo garlic sauce,iceberg lettuce,crispy fried chicken,apply magic spice oil,cheddar cheese slice,pickled cucumber,mayo garlic sauce & top with another bun (makes 5).
-Serve with potato fries,mayo garlic sauce,magic spice oil & serve!
Tips:
If you are using an automatic deep fryer, then set temperature at 160C.

-Chicken add karein, achi tarah mix karein, cover karke 1 hour ke liye marinate hone dein.
-Ek dish mein all-purpose flour, cornflour, black pepper powder, paprika powder, chicken powder aur pink salt daal kar mix karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Ab chicken pieces ko dry flour mixture mein coat karein, phir marination mein dip karein aur dobara dry flour mixture se coat karein (Press aur shake karein taake flakes ban jaayein).
-Ek bowl mein paprika powder, red chilli powder, garlic powder, pink salt, chicken powder aur brown sugar daal kar mix karein. Magic spice mix ready hai!
-Wok mein cooking oil garam karein (180-190C), chicken add karein (flame slow karein taake temperature 160C maintain rahe) aur fry karein jab tak golden aur crispy ho jaaye (8-9 minutes).
-Prepared magic spice mix mein thoda sa hot oil daal kar whisk karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein mayonnaise, cream, garlic powder, black pepper powder, pink salt aur lemon juice daal kar whisk karein. Mayo garlic sauce ready hai!
-Brioche burger buns ko butter ke sath toast karein.
-Toasted bun par mayo garlic sauce spread karein, iceberg lettuce, crispy fried chicken, magic spice oil, cheddar cheese slice,pickled cucumber aur mayo garlic sauce lagayein, phir doosra bun rakh dein (5 burgers ban jaayein).
-Potato fries, mayo garlic sauce aur magic spice oil ke sath serve karein.
