Ingredients:
-Chicken pieces preferably with skin 1 & ½ kg
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Sonth powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup
-Sagu dana (Tapioca sago) soaked ½ Cup to 1 Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Honey Mustard Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Honey 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
Direction:
-In a bowl,add chicken,garlic powder,red chilli powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,clove powder, cardamom powder,red chilli crushed,ginger powder,white pepper powder,cumin powder,cinnamon powder,paprika powder,mustard paste,hot sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Add eggs,all-purpose flour,rice flour,tapioca sago & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140°C-150°C) & deep fry on low flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Honey Mustard Sauce:
-In a bowl,mayonnaise,mustard paste,honey,pink salt,lemon juice & whisk well.
-Serve with prepared honey mustard sauce!

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¾ Cup

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Honey 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 inch pr to taste
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
Direction:
-Ek bowl mein chicken, garlic powder, red chilli powder, pink salt, black pepper powder, clove powder, cardamom powder, red chilli crushed, ginger powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, paprika powder, mustard paste aur hot sauce daal kar mix karein.
Cover karke 30 minutes ke liye marinate hone dein.
-Phir add karein anday, maida, rice flour aur tapioca sago, acchi tarah mix karein.
-Wok mein cooking oil garam karein (140°C-150°C) aur chicken ko low flame par fry karein jab tak golden aur crispy ho jaye.
Prepare Honey Mustard Sauce:
-Ek bowl mein mayonnaise, mustard paste, honey, pink salt aur lemon juice daal kar whisk karein.
-Serve karein garma garam crispy chicken ke saath ye mazaydaar honey mustard sauce!
