Prepare Storable Soup Base:
Ingredients:
-Cornflour 1 & ½ Cup
-Chicken powder ⅓ Cup
-Onion powder 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tbs
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 3 tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley 2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add cornflour,chicken powder,onion powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,dried parsley & mix well.Soup base is ready!
-Can be stored for up to 3 months (shelf life).
Prepare Hot & Sour Soup from Storable Soup Base:
Ingredients:
-Water 4 Cups
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne 3 tbs
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 3 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 3 tbs
-Chicken julienne & boiled ⅓ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1 tbs
-Chilli garlic sauce 2 & ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Direction:
-In a jug,add water,soup base (4 tbs) & whisk until well combined.
-In a cooking pot,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until fragrant.
-Add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,chicken,mix well & fry gently for few seconds.
-Add spring onion & mix well.
-Add dissolved soup base mixture & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes while mixing continuously.
-Add chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add egg while mix continuously.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Cooking pot mein,cooking oil aur lehsan daal kar fry karen jab tak khushbu aane lage.
-Ab is mein gajar,band gobhi,capsicum aur chicken daal kar kuch seconds ke liye gently fry karen.
-Spring onion daal kar mix karen.
-Ab dissolved soup base mixture daal kar mix karen,ubalne dein aur medium flame par 4-5 minutes tak continuously mix karte hue pakayen.
-Chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce aur vinegar daal kar mix karen aur 1 minute ke liye cook karen.
-Ab anday ko daal kar continuously mix karte hue cook karen.
-Green onion leaves se garnish ker ka serve karen!
