Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate 80g
-Olper’s Cream ⅓ Cup
Prepare Boston Cream (Vanilla Pastry Cream):
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 3 tbs
-Olper’s Cream chilled 1 Cup
-Icing sugar 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Tea cake thinly sliced
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 60 seconds (check in between after every 30 seconds) then mix well until smooth.Chocolate anache is ready & set aside.
Prepare Boston Cream (Vanilla Pastry Cream):
-In a saucepan,add caster sugar,egg yolks,vanilla essence,cornflour,milk (half quantity),whisk well then add remaining quantity of milk & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,whisk continuously & cook on low flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add butter & whisk until butter melts.
-Transfer it to a bowl,cover with cling film & refrigerate until chilled (2 hours).
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes,place another bowl in it,add cream & beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
-Add icing sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Take out prepared boston cream from the refrigerator,cut & fold with the help of a spatula.
-Add custard in whipped cream,mix & fold gently then transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-In a serving cup,pipe out prepared boston cream,add tea cake & repeat the same layers.
-Pour prepared chocolate ganache (makes 6) & serve!

-Bowl mein dark chocolate,cream add karein & 60 seconds microwave karein (har 30 seconds baad check kar lein) phir achi tarhaan mix karein jab tak smooth ho jaye.Chocolate ganache tayyar hai & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Boston Cream (Vanilla Pastry Cream):
-Saucepan mein bareek cheeni,anday ki zardi,vanilla essence,cornflour aur (half quantity) add karein & whisk karein phir remaining milk add karein & phir se whisk karein.
-Flame on karein,musalsal whisk kertay rahein & low flame par 4-5 minutes cook karein jab tak mixture thick ho jaye.
-Flame off karein,makhan add karein & whisk karein jab tak butter melt ho jaye.
-Bowl mein transfer karein,cling film se cover karein & 2 hours ke liye refrigerator mein rakhein.
-Large bowl mein ice cubes add karein,upar bowl rakhein,cream add karein & high speed par 2-3 minutes beat karein.
-Icing sugar add karein & stiff peaks tak beat karein.
-Refrigerator se prepared boston cream nikaal kar spatula ki madad se cut & fold karein.
-Ab custard ko whipped cream mein add karein,mix & fold gently karein phir piping bag mein transfer karein.
Assembling:
-Serving cup mein tayyar boston cream pipe out karein,tea cake add karein & layers repeat karein.
-Upper sa tayyar chocolate ganache pour karein (makes 6) & serve karein!
