Ingredients:

Prepare Malai Chicken Filling:

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs

-Hari mirch paste (Green chilli paste) ½ tbs or as required

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp

-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Boneless chicken cubes 450g

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) powdered 1 & ½ tbs

-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp

Prepare Balloon Naan

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Sugar powdered 1 tsp

-Baking soda ½ tsp

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs

-Lukewarm water ¾ Cup or as required

-Cooking oil (For greasing)

-Dry flour as required

-Mozzarella Cheese 1-2 tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced as required

-Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped as required

-Water as required

-Makhan (Butter) melted as required

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Direction:

Prepare Malai Chicken Filling:

-In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, pink salt, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, garam masala powder, white pepper powder & whisk well.

-Add chicken & mix well.

-Cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

-In a pan, add cooking oil & heat it.

-Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

-Add almond powder, mix well, cover & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.

-Remove cover, mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up.

-Turn off the flame, add cream & mix well.

-Turn on the flame, add dried fenugreek leaves, cover & cook for a minute.

-Turn the flame off & let it cool completely.

Prepare Balloon Naan

-In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, pink salt, sugar powder, baking soda, cooking oil, yogurt & mix well until it crumbles.

-Add water gradually, mix well & knead until dough is formed.

-Cover & let it rest for 1 hour.

-Transfer dough on a flat surface, dust dry flour, knead dough again until smooth.

-Cut dough into 4 equal parts, take 1 part, make smooth ball, dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (thickness: 2mm)

-Cut 2 circles with the help of round cutter (6 inches).

-Add prepared chicken filling in the center of the circle dough, add mix cheese, green chilli, fresh coriander.

-Apply water on edges, place boba straw at one side of the dough ensuring the tip reaches the center & cover with another circle dough, blow through the straw to inflate naan, then quickly slide the straw out & pinch the opening to trap air.

-Place it in an air fryer & air fry for 3-5 minutes at 170 C. (Makes 8-9)

-Brush melted butter immediately, & garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
