Ingredients:
-Candyland You dark chocolate 200g (4 & ½ bars)
-Makhan (Butter) Unsalted 115g
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 200g (1 Cup)
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 75g (½ Cup)
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Candyland You dark chocolate (chunks) 1-2 bars
-Flaky sea salt as required
Direction:
-In a bowl, add dark chocolate, butter, microwave for 30 seconds, mix well until well combined.
-In another bowl, add eggs, caster sugar, vanilla essence, beat for 4-5 minutes or until fluffy.
-Add melted chocolate & butter mixture, whisk well until combined.
-Place sifter on a bowl, add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, pink salt, sift & whisk well until well combined
-Add dark chocolate chunks, mix well.
-Transfer it to a baking pan (7x7 inches, greased & lined with baking paper) set it with the help of a spatula, rest for 5-10 minutes for a shiny top.
-Place it in a pre-heated oven & bake at 170 C for 20-25 minutes.
-Take it out from the oven & let it cool down completely.
-Now takeout from the baking pan & cut it into desired pieces.
-Garnish with flaky sea salt & serve!

-Ek doosray bowl mein anday, caster sugar aur vanilla essence dalein, 4-5 minutes tak beat karen ya jab tak fluffy ho jaye.
-Melted chocolate aur butter mixture dalein aur achi tarah whisk karen jab tak combine ho jaye.
-Ek bowl par sifter rakh kar maida, cocoa powder aur pink salt dalein, sift karen aur whisk karen jab tak achi tarah mix ho jaye.
-Dark chocolate chunks dalein aur mix karlen.
-Isay baking pan (7x7 inches, greased aur baking paper se lined) mein transfer karen aur spatula ki madad se set karen, phir 5-10 minutes ke liye rest den taake shiny top ban jaye.
-Preheated oven mein 170°C par 20-25 minutes bake karen.
-Oven se nikaal kar poori tarah thanda hone den.
-Baking pan se nikaal kar apni pasand ke pieces mein cut karen.
-Flaky sea salt se garnish karen aur serve karen!
