Ingredients:
-Jamun (Java plum) 250gm
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 2 & ½ cup
-Sugar to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 pinch
-Ice cubes 5-6
-Water ¼ cup
-Ice crushed as required
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Direction:
-Wash java plum thoroughly.
-Deseed java plum & add in a bowl.
-In a blending jug, deseeded, java plum, thick yogurt, sugar, black salt, ice-cubes, blend well.
-Add water, blend well.
-In a serving glass, add crushed ice, prepared jamun lassi, garnish with mint leaves & serve!

-Jamun ko achi tarah dho len.
-Jamun ke beej nikal kar ek bowl mein dalein.
-Ek blending jug mein deseeded jamun, thick yogurt, cheeni, black salt aur ice cubes dalein, achi tarah blend karen.
-Pani dalein aur dobara blend karen.
-Ek serving glass mein crushed ice dalein, prepared jamun lassi dalein.
-Mint leaves se garnish karen aur serve karen!
