In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken tikka boti and fry for 2 minutes then shred it with the help of the fork.
Let it cool down.
In bowl,add onion,tomato,cucumber,green chili,mint leaves,fresh coriander,cumin seeds,chaat masala, red chili crushed,salt,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese and mix well.
Add shredded chicken tikka boti and mix until well combined.
In bowl,add eggs,whisk well & set aside.
On bread slice,add & spread prepared chicken filling,top with another bread slice and press evenly with the help of the plate.
Now dip into beaten eggs.
On griddle,add cooking oil and fry from both sides until golden brown.

Bowl mein pyaz,tamatar,kheera,hari mirch,podina,hara dhania,zeera,chaat masala,lal mirch rushed, namak,mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Shredded chicken tikka boti shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Bread slice per tayyar chicken filling dal ker pheela lein aur upper dosra bread slice rakh dein aur plate ki madad sa evenly press ker lein.
Pheetay hoye andon mein dip ker lein.
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
