Ingredients:
-Amrood (Guava) 2
-Lehsan (Garlic) Cloves 8-10
-Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) 4-5
-Hara Dhania (Fresh Coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint) handful
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch
-Zeera (Cumin) Roasted & Crushed
-Amchor Powder (mango powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kala Namak (Black Salt) 1 tsp
-Lemon Juice 2 tbs
-Cooking Oil 1 tsp
-Water as required
Directions:
-Skewer the guava and roast it directly on low flame, moving continuously to evenly roast all sides.
-Now, skewer garlic cloves and roast them directly on low flame too, moving continuously to evenly roast all sides.
-On a cutting board, place roasted guava and garlic.
-Peel off the guava skin carefully.
-Remove tip and tail of guava and cut into small pieces.
-In a blending jar add roasted guava pieces, roasted garlic, green chillies, Ginger, roasted & crushed cumin, mango powder, pink salt, black salt, lemon juice, cooking oil, and water.
-Blend well until it is smooth.
-Serve with salad & cucumber.
-You can refrigerate and store it in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
