Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Boneless chicken small cubes 350g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup

-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup

Prepare Chana Dahi Sauce:

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5

-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup

-Water 3-4 tbs

Assembling:

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Roti/Chapati

-Tamatar (Tomato) julienne & deseeded

-Salad patta (Salad leaves) shredded

-Cooking oil

 

Directions:

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.

-Add tikka masala,cumin powder,red chilli crushed,pink salt & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame for a minute.

-Add onion,carrot,capsicum,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Chana Dahi Sauce:

-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,green chillies,garlic,fresh coriander,lemon juice,pink salt,yogurt & water,blend well & set aside.

Assembling:

-In a cup,add egg,black pepper crushed,pink salt & whisk well.

-Grease griddle with cooking oil,pour whisked egg & cook for 30 seconds.

-Place a cooked roti/chapati & cook on medium flame for a minute than flip & turn off the flame.

-Add & spread prepared chana dahi sauce,add chicken filling,tomato,salad leaves & fold both sides.

-Turn on the flame,apply cooking oil & cook on low flame from all sides until golden (makes 5-6).
