Ingredients:
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Karahi masala 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Boneless beef 750g
-Cooking oil 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-8
-Adrak (Ginger) finely chopped 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Lemon wedges
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,dried fenugreek leaves,cumin seeds,black pepper powder,karahi masala,garam masala powder & mix well.Balochi tikka masala is ready!
-In a wok,add water,turmeric powder,pink salt & mix well.
-Add beef,turn on flame,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until beef is tender (30-40 minutes) & stir in between then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add cooking oil,mix well & fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add green chillies,mix well & fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add ginger,garlic & fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes then strain excess oil.
-In serving dish,add fried beef,sprinkle prepared balochi tikka masala,fresh coriander,lemon juice & mix well,cover & let it absorb the spices for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with onion,lemon,fresh coriander & serve!

-Karahi mein pani,haldi powder aur pink salt dal kar mix karein.
-Beef dal ker chulha on karein,ache trahan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (30-40 minutes),bech bech mein stir ker lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Ab cooking oil dal kar ache se mix karein aur medium flame par 3-4 minutes tak fry karein.
-Hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan dal ker darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes tak fry karein phir excess oil strain kar lein.
-Serving dish mein fried beef,tayyar balochi tikka masala,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal kar ache se mix karein aur dhak kar 2-3 minutes ke liye rakh dein taake masalay ache se absorb ho jayein.
-Pyaz,lemon aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
