Ingredients:
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs
-Olper’s Milk ¾ Cup
-Sugar powdered 4-5 tbs or to taste
-Olper’s Milk powder 2 Cups
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Chandi ka warq (Edible silver leaf)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-In a non-stick wok,add clarified butter,milk,sugar & milk powder.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of pot (6-8 minutes).
-Add desiccated coconut,cardamom powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until soft dough is formed.
-Transfer the mixture on a flat working surface,wrap in a cling film & refrigerate for 10 minutes until cool down.
-Take 20g of mixture & make an oval shape barfi.
-Decorate with edible silver leaf,pistcahios & serve (makes 22).

-Non-stick karahi mein ghee,doodh,cheeni aur milk powder dal dein.
-Chulha on karein,ache tarhan mix karein aur pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Khopra aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes or sofy dough form ho janay tak paka lein.
-Mixture ko flat working surface per rakh dein aur cling film mein warp ker lein aur thanda ho janay tak 10 minutes kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-20g mixture lein aur oval shape barfi bana lein.
-Chandi ka warq aur pista sa decorate ker ka serve karein (makes 22).
