Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 4-5 cloves
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken fillet 3 (500g)
-Dried thyme ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp to taste

-Olive oil 2 tbs or as required
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lemon slices 2-3
-Fresh rosemary 1 stem
-Fresh thyme 1 stem
-Potato fries as required
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter,black pepper crushed,garlic,fresh parsley & mix well. Garlic Herb Butter is ready!
-Make gashes on chicken with the help of knife.
-In a jar,add dried thyme,chicken powder,paprika powder,dried oregano,pink salt,black pepper crushed & shake well.
-Sprinkle prepared spice mix,dizzle olive oil,add ginger garlic paste & rub evenly on both sides.
-Make a basket with the help of parchment paper & tie with kitchen thread.
-Place lemon slices,fresh rosemary,fresh thyme & marinated chicken.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes (on both grills).
-After baking,apply prepared cutter sauce on chicken fillet.
-In a bowl,add potato fries,pink salt,prepared butter sauce (2 tbs) & toss well.
-In a serving platter,add seasoned potato fries,basket pepper chicken & garnish with lemon slice,cherry tomato & fresh rosemary.

-Chicken par knife ki madad se deep gashes laga lein.
-Ek jar mein dried thyme, chicken powder, paprika powder, dried oregano, pink salt, black pepper crushed daal kar shake kar lein.
-Ab prepared spice mix sprinkle karein, olive oil drizzle karein, ginger garlic paste daal kar dono sides par evenly rub karein.
-Parchment paper ki madad se ek basket bana lein aur kitchen thread se tie kar lein.
-Is mein lemon slices, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme aur marinated chicken rakh dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180°C par 15-18 minutes dono grills par bake karein.
-Baking ke baad chicken fillet par prepared butter sauce apply karein.
