Ingredients:
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Palak (Spinach) 5-6 leaves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Bhunay chanay (Roasted grams) ¼ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
Prepare Potato Mixture:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Raidana (Mustard seeds) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Tikka masala 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & grated 500g
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Bread slices large
-Makhan (Butter)
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Chaat masala
-Cheddar cheese slice
-Nimco sev
Directions:
Prepare Green Chutney:
-In a blender,add spinach leaves,fresh coriander,mint leaves,garlic,green chillies,roasted grams,pink salt, lemon juice,water,blend well & set aside.
Prepare Potato Mixture:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,mustard seeds & mix well.
-Add red chilli powder,tikka masala,pink salt,turmeric powder & mix well.
-Add potatoes,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add green chilli,fresh coriander,lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-On two bread slices,apply butter.
-On one bread slice,add & spread prepared green chutney,cucumber slices,add & spread prepared potato mixture,add tomato & onion slices,sprinkle chaat masala,place cheddar cheese slice & flip second bread slice on it.
-Heat nonstick grill pan,grease with butter & grill sandwich from both sides until done.
-Cut into four pieces,add & spread prepared green chutney,sprinkle nimco sev & serve (make 4 sandwiches).

-Blender jug mein palak,hara dhania,podina,lehsan,hari mirchein,bhunay chanay,pink salt,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dien.
Prepare Potato Mixture:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,zeera aur raidana dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lal mirch powder,tikka masala,pink salt aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Do bread slices per makhan laga lein.
-Ek bread slice per tayyar green chutney dal ker pheela lein,kheera,tayyar potato mixture,tamatar,pyaz, chaat masala aur cheddar cheese slice dal dein aur dosray bread slice ko flip ker lein.
-Nonstick grill pan ko garam karein aur makhan sa grease ker lein aur sandwich ko dono sides sa grill ker lein.
-Four pieces mein cut ker lein,tayyar green chutney dal ker pheela lein aur nimco sev dal ker serve karein (make 4 sandwiches).
