Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 large
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 12-13
-Water ½ Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) sliced 1-inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-7
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Boneless chicken cubes 750g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Laung (Cloves) 2
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Makhan (Butter)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add onion,cashew nuts & water,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Transfer to a blending jug,add ginger,garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander,blend well & set aside.
-In a dish,add yogurt,blended paste,coriander powder,pink salt,white pepper powder,cumin powder, dried fenugreek leaves,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice,cream & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a cast iron skillet,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add marinated chicken & cook on medium flame from all sides until done (6-8 minutes) & reserve remaining marinade for later use.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum & sauté for 1 minute & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add green cardamom,cloves & cook for a minute.
-Add reserved marinade,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add cooked chicken,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Add sauteed onion & capsicum & mix well.
-Turn off the flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with butter,fresh coriander & serve!

-Saucepan mein pyaz,kaju aur pani dal dein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Blending jug mein adrak,lehsan,hari mirchein aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dish mein dahi,blended paste,dhania powder,pink salt,safed mirch powder,zeera powder,kasuri methi, garam masala powder,kali mirch powder,lemon juice aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Cast iron skillet mein cooking oil dal ker garam ker lein.
-Marinated chicken dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes) & remaining marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Hari elaichi aur laung dal ker ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Reserved marinade dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Sauteed onion & capsicum dal ker mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Makhan aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
