Ingredients:
Prepare Caramel Candi Sauce:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ⅓ Cup
-Omore candi stick 3
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-Candi Biscuits 150g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 25g (melted)
Prepare Caramel Candi Cream:
-Whipping cream (chilled) 300ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Podina (Mint leaves)
-Candi Biscuit
Direction:
Prepare Caramel Candi Sauce:
-In a pan, add caster sugar & let it caramelize on low flame then add omore candi stick (cut in cubes), pink salt, mix well & cook on low flame until candi stick melts & completely incorporate with caramel.
-Caramel candi sauce is ready, transfer it to a bowl let it cool completely
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-In a chopper, add candi biscuits, process coarsely, add melted butter & process until well combined, set aside.
Prepare Caramel Candi Cream:
-In a bowl, add whipping cream, beat well for 2-3 minutes.
-Add vanilla essence, beat well for 4-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
-Add prepared ¾th of caramel candi sauce & fold until well combined.
Assembling:
-In a serving glass, add layer of chopped biscuits, caramel candi cream, caramel candi sauce, garnish with caramel candi cream, mint leaves, & candi crumbs! (makes 7-8 cups)

-Ek pan mein caster sugar dalein aur halki aanch par caramelize hone den, phir omore candi stick (cubes mein cut ki hui) aur pink salt dalein, achi tarah mix karen aur halki aanch par pakaen jab tak candi stick -melt ho kar caramel mein poori tarah incorporate ho jaye.
-Caramel candi sauce ready hai, ise bowl mein transfer karen aur poori tarah thanda hone den.
Prepare Biscuit Layer:
-Chopper mein candi biscuits dalein aur coarsely process karen, phir melted butter dalein aur dobara process karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye, side par rakh den.
Prepare Caramel Candi Cream:
-Ek bowl mein whipping cream dalein aur 2-3 minutes tak beat karen.
-Vanilla essence dalein aur 4-5 minutes tak beat karen jab tak stiff peaks ban jayein.
-Prepared caramel candi sauce ka ¾th hissa dalein aur fold karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
Assembling:
Serving glass mein chopped biscuits ki layer dalein, phir caramel candi cream aur caramel candi sauce dalein.
Upar se caramel candi cream, mint leaves aur candi crumbs se garnish karen. (7-8 cups ban jayenge)
