Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Beef qeema (Mince) 750g
-Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Tomato paste 3 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Red bell pepper julienne 1
-Yellow bell pepper julienne 1
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1
-Pyaz (Onion) julienne ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 6-7
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a chopper,add onion,garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander & chop well.
-Add beef mince,breadcrumbs,red chilli crushed,pink salt,kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper crushed & egg,chop well until well combined & set aside.
-In a jug,add tomato paste,pink salt,coriander powder,mixed herbs,garlic powder,cumin powder, paprika powder,water,cooking oil,whisk well & set aside.
-In a baking pan,add red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,onion & garlic.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take 80g of mixture & make oval shape kebabs (makes: 11-12).
-Place them on a baking dish & pour prepared sauce.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes, flip halfways & brush sauce on kababs.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

-Ab isme beef qeema, breadcrumbs, red chilli crushed, pink salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, kali mirch aur anda dal kar chop karain jab tak sab achi tarah mix na ho jaye, phir side par rakh dein.
-Ek jug mein tomato paste, pink salt, dhania powder, mixed herbs, garlic powder, zeera powder, paprika powder, pani aur cooking oil dal kar whisk karain aur side par rakh dein.
-Ek baking pan mein shimla mirch laal, peeli, hari, piyaz aur lehsan dal dein.
-Hathon par oil laga kar 80g mixture le kar oval shape ke kebab banayen (11-12 kebab banenge).
-Kebab baking dish mein rakh kar upar se tayyar sauce dal dein.
-Oven ko pehle se 180 °C par preheat karen, phir kababs ko 20–25 minutes tak bake karen, beech mein palat len aur kababs par sauce brush karen.
-Upar se hara dhania chhidak kar serve karain.
