Ingredients:

-Makhan (Butter) Unsalted 150g

-Sugarie granulated brown sugar 180g

-Anda (Egg) 1 

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup (approx. 180g)

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ⅛ tsp

-Baking soda ¼ tsp

-Chocolate buttons 1 Cup (substitute: chocolate chips or chocolate chunks)

-Chocolate spread ½ Cup

-Chocolate buttons as required

-Ice Cream as required

-Chocolate syrup as required

 

Direction:

-In a saucepan, add butter, let it melt & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until butter becomes brown in color.

-Transfer it to a bowl, & let it cool down for 5-10 minutes then add Sugarie granulated brown sugar, whisk well for 2-3 minutes.

-Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla essence, whisk well again for 4-5 minutes.

-Add all-purpose flour, pink salt, and baking soda, & fold until well combined.

-Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

-Take it out of the refrigerator, add chocolate buttons, mix well.

-Spread half the quantity of cookie dough in a pan, add chocolate spread, then add remaining cookie dough, spread evenly, and sprinkle chocolate buttons.

-Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25-28 minutes.

-Serve with ice-cream & chocolate syrup!
