Cookie Sticks

Ingredients:

-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100g (soft)

-Icing sugar sifted 50g

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Lemon juice 2 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 150g

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs

-Dark chocolate melted as required

-Multi sprinkles

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add butter & whisk well until creamy.

-Add icing sugar & whisk until well combined.

-Add pink salt,vanilla essence,lemon juice & whisk well.

-Add all-purpose flour,cornflour,milk & mix well until dough is formed,cover with cling film & refrigerate for 15 minutes.

-Put a piece of baking paper on a cutting board,place dough & cover with another piece of baking paper & roll out with the help of rolling pin & cut 5 inches (length) & ½ inch (width) sticks (makes 24 cookie sticks).

-On baking tray lined with baking paper,place cookie sticks & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.

-Let them cool completely.

-Dip cookie sticks in melted chocolate & decorate with multi sprinkles.

-Let it rest until set & serve!
