Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 500ml
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Condensed milk ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Water as required
-Sagudana (Tapioca sago) ½ Cup
-Aam (Mango) cubes 1 Cup
-Sugar 2 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Aam (Mango) cubes 2 Cups
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) ½ Cup (soaked for 10 minutes)
-Mango jelly cubes 1 Cup or as required
-Ice cubes
Directions:
-In a jug,add milk,cream,condensed milk,vanilla essence,whisk well & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add tapioca sago,mix well & cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes or until transparent then strain & set aside.
-In a blending jar,add mango cubes,sugar,lemon juice & blend well to make a puree.
-In a bowl,add mango puree,boiled tapioca sago,mango cubes,soaked basil seeds,mango jelly,prepared creamy milk,ice cubes,mix well & serve!

-Jug mein doodh,cream,condensed milk aur vanilla essence dal kar whisk kar lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Ek saucepan mein pani dal kar ubal lein,phir usmein sagu dana dal ker mix karein aur medium flame par 10-15 minutes tak pakayein jab tak transparent ho jaye phir strain ker ke side par rakh dein.
-Blending jar mein mango cubes,cheeni aur lemon juice dal dein aur achi tarhan blend ker ka mango puree tayyar ker lein.
-Ek bowl mein mango puree,boiled sagu dana,mango cubes, soaked tukhme balanga,mango jelly,tayyar creamy milk aur ice cubes dal kar mix ker lein aur serve karein!
