Ingredients:
Prepare Garlic Sauce:
-Anday (Eggs) White Boiled 2
-Cheddar cheese 50g
-Cream 3 tbs
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) soften 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
Prepare Iffa Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Chicken tikka pieces 4 (1kg)
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Direction:
Prepare Garlic Sauce:
-In a spice grinder, add egg whites, cheddar cheese, cream, mayonnaise, garlic, milk, butter, black pepper crushed, sugar, pink salt, & grind well. Garlic sauce is ready!
Prepare Iffa Chicken:
-In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, paprika powder, pink salt, black pepper powder, chicken powder, & whisk well.
-Take chicken pieces & damage its muscle fibres using the back of a knife, then make rough gashes.
-Add marinade over chicken & massage well, then marinate chicken for 30 minutes or 2 hours.
-In a flat bottom pan, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add marinated chicken pieces, cook on medium high flame for 1-2 minutes each side.
-Cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Remove cover, flip the chicken pieces, pour prepared signature garlic sauce over chicken, cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with chapatti!
