Ingredients:
-Biscuits 200g
-Blue band margarine 80g
-Cream cheese 300g
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Mango puree 1 & ½ Cup
-Water ¼ Cup
-Gelatin powder 1 tbs
-Whipping cream 250ml
-Mango puree 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Water ¼ Cup
-Gelatin powder 1 tbs
-Aam (Mango) cubes
-Cherry
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
-In a chopper,add biscuits & process until finely crushed.
-Add margarine (microwave for 30 seconds) & process until well combined.
-In 8-inches loose bottom pan,add biscuits mixture & press firmly down into the base to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (30 minutes).
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,yogurt,caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add mango puree & mix until well combined.
-In a small bowl,add water,gelatin powder,mix well & microwave for 20 seconds.
-In dissolved gelatin,add 1 tbs of mango cream cheese mixture,mix well & add into a mango cream cheese mixture & whisk well.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & whisk well until soft peaks form & add into a mango cream cheese mixture & fold until well combined with the help of spatula.
-Now pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit layer in the loose bottom pan & spread evenly.
-Tap few times & refrigerate for 1 hour.
-In a jug,add mango puree,caster sugar,lemon juice & mix well.
-In a small bowl,add water,gelatin powder,mix well & microwave for 20 seconds,mix well & add into mango puree mixture & mix well.Mango jelly is ready!
-Now pour mango jelly mixture over the cheese cake,spread evenly & tap few times & refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
-Decorate with mango cubes,cherry,mit leaves & serve!

-Ek bowl mein cream cheese, yogurt, caster sugar aur vanilla essence daal kar ache se whisk karein.
-Mango puree add karein aur ache se mix karein.
-Choti bowl mein pani aur gelatin powder daal kar mix karein, phir microwave karein 20 seconds ke liye.
-Thoda sa (1 tbsp) mango cream cheese mixture gelatin mein daal kar mix karein, phir yeh poora mixture wapas mango cream cheese mixture mein daal dein aur ache se whisk karein.
-Ek alag bowl mein whipped cream ko soft peaks tak beat karein.
-Whipping cream ko mango cream cheese mixture mein daal kar spatula ki madad se fold karein jab tak sab kuch ache se combine ho jaye.
-Loose bottom pan mein yeh mixture biscuit base ke upar daal dein,evenly spread karein aur tap karein. 1 hour ke liye refrigerate kar dein.
-Ek jug mein mango puree, caster sugar aur lemon juice daal kar mix karein.
-Choti bowl mein pani aur gelatin powder daal kar mix karein, phir microwave karein 20 seconds ke liye.
-Is gelatin ko mango puree mixture mein daal kar ache se mix karein. Mango jelly tayyar hai!
-Jelly mixture cheesecake ke upar daal kar evenly spread karein, tap karein aur 4-6 ghantay ke liye refrigerate kar dein.
-Mango cubes, cherry aur mint leaves se decorate karein.
